Terms and Conditions for the purchase of online coupons

1) General:

The contract is concluded with the Hotel Beethoven GmbH & Co KG, 1060 Vienna - Papagenogasse 6. Deviating regulations are only valid if they have been agreed mutually, expressly and in writing.

For shopping in our Internet shop, only persons over the age of 18 are entitled.

2) Contract, payment and delivery:

The vouchers offered on the hotel website represent a non-binding and non-binding purchase offer. The prices quoted are inclusive of any statutory sales tax. The online ordering of a voucher via the Internet is a binding purchase offer of the customer, which is entitled by the Hotel Beethoven GmbH & Co KG, within 48 hours by an order confirmation via e-mail, whereby the purchase contract is concluded. If no order confirmation is received within the preceding period, the purchase offer is deemed rejected and no sales contract is concluded. After receipt of the payment owed on the basis of the concluded purchase contract, the purchased vouchers are sent by Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG. To save on shipping costs, the purchased vouchers can also be paid by credit card or instant bank transfer, in which case the vouchers can be sent for free via e-mail and printed by the customer. If this is requested by the customer, the vouchers but also in case of payment of the same by credit card or Sofortüberweisung be sent by mail. For any delay of delivery by post, no liability is accepted. If the voucher ordered online has already been sent to the customer before the fee for this has been received or credited to Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG, the voucher will not be valid until full payment has been made and Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG is entitled to use the voucher retained services until full payment of the fee owed.

3) Vouchers

It should be noted with the online vouchers that they are transmitted by the Hotel Beethoven GmbH & Co KG KG with a forgery-proof code to the customer. Since the customer can print the voucher itself, several prints are possible, but only one print is relevant to the value and redeemable. The first coupon redeemed in the INCERT voucher management system with the corresponding barcode will be considered the original and must be debited immediately after redemption by Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG. Should further copies emerge with the same code, then it is a misuse, which has criminal consequences. Since a voucher passed on resp. There is no obligation and possibility on the part of Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG to check the ownership rights of the redeemer. Lost vouchers will not be replaced. Also vouchers can not be returned for cash value payment. If the value of the voucher is more than the consumed service, a new voucher will be generated with the residual value. In such a case, there is no entitlement to a cash payment of the outstanding voucher amount. Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG is not obliged to accept unpaid vouchers as a means of payment. For operational reasons, the services listed in the voucher can only be provided by the company resp. be guaranteed if a corresponding and timely reservation has been made. The service described in the voucher may vary slightly depending on the circumstances, but may not represent a relevant depreciation for the guest. Should the Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG for some reason close, the online coupons expire without compensation. This is also the case if the company verifiably changes hands. In such a case, the Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG as original exhibitor of the vouchers can not be used.

4) Validity, validity period:

Vouchers with a value have no expiration date and can be redeemed at any time. All other vouchers are redeemable upon prior request and availability and are valid for one year from the date of issue stated in the voucher. Each coupon can only be redeemed once, which is ensured by a linked with the coupon barcode or coupon number.

5) Cash settlement, accounting:

A cash discount of the voucher or with this securitized value is not possible. The issue of a VAT-compatible invoice with the corresponding proof of tax can only be made at the time of redemption of the voucher and thus the actual provision of the service.

6) Security guarantee, data protection:

Your safety has the highest priority! Therefore, data such as credit card number, bank code number, account number, name and address for payment with credit cards are transmitted via certified payment providers via their protected SSL line in accordance with PCI directives. In this way, no unauthorized person can read your entered data during transmission on the Internet. In order to provide additional security in the voucher shop, we use a number of additional security measures. Your information will be processed by us automatically. On the basis of the general terms and conditions, the customer agrees that he receives advertising information from the Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG. A transfer of these data to third parties does not take place.

7) Exchange, right of withdrawal:

Vouchers that do not meet your expectations, please send back to us within 14 days after receipt. It is necessary that the written resignation (recall) statement reaches Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal does not exist if the use of the service is already started within the period of withdrawal. This right of return applies only to customers who qualify as consumers. In the event of loss, theft or devaluation of vouchers, no compensation can be provided by Hotel Beethoven GmbH & CoKG.

8) Jurisdiction:

All contractual relationships are governed exclusively by Austrian law.
